NWCCU Mission Fellowship 2021-2022


The Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities accredits the higher education institutions of the pacific northwest. Accreditation provides students the assurance that credentials and degrees earned are valid, federally compliant to receive student financial aid funds and vetted for educational quality leading to significant outcomes.

The NWCCU Mission Fellowship 2021-2022 will be the third cohort of approximately 12 representatives from the 400+ institutions working to “advance institutional mission fulfillment and quality initiatives through assessment, reflection and planning. The Fellowship is designed to introduce faculty, staff, and administrators from NWCCU institutions to regional and national leaders in assessment, accreditation, data analysis, quality assurance, education innovation, and educational effectiveness.

On June 8, 2020, I was honored to be short-listed for the 2021-2022 NWCCU Mission Fellowship.

The Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) provides support and accreditation for quality in higher education. As a 2020-2021 Fellow in the NWCCU Mission Fulfillment Fellowship I will ultimately serve students by leading Concordia through servant leadership to consider our mission and indicators of achievement which for the basis of evaluating mission fulfillment.
